Who we are

Mondozza is operated by Stay Real Media, 18117 Biscayne Blvd, Suite 2401, Miami, FL 33160, USA. "We" and "us" mean Stay Real Media; "you" means the person using the service. Write to us at support@mondozza.com.

What this is

Mondozza is a subscription service for learning a language by reading, writing and speaking it. These terms are the agreement between you and Stay Real Media when you use it.

Your account

You need an account, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your password to yourself. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live; if you are under 16, ask a parent or guardian to agree on your behalf.

What you pay

$24.99 per month, or $19.99 per month billed annually. New subscriptions begin with a 3-day free trial; we take your card at the start and charge it when the trial ends, not before. After that it renews automatically until you cancel.

Cancel whenever you like, from the billing page. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part of a period automatically, but if something went wrong, write to us and we will sort it out.

Prices can change. If they do, we will tell you before it affects you, and the change will never apply to a period you have already paid for.

What you can do with it

Use it for your own learning. Do not resell access, share one account between many people, or use automated means to extract content in bulk.

What you import

You can import books, articles and other text. You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload. What you import stays yours — we store it to show it back to you and to build your lessons from it, and we do not publish it, sell it, or use it to train models.

What the AI produces

Translations, grammar notes, corrections and stories are generated by a language model. Models get things wrong. Everything here is a learning aid, not an authority: do not rely on it for anything that matters legally, medically or professionally.

When things break

We aim to keep the service running and your work safe, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable or that nothing will ever be lost. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the problem.

Ending it

You can stop at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and if we do, we will tell you why and refund any period you paid for and did not use.

Changes

If we change these terms materially, we will let you know by email before the change takes effect.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in Miami-Dade County, Florida. If you are a consumer somewhere that gives you rights you cannot sign away, this does not take them from you.
